Because we want everything to be clear so your vacation is 100% relaxing, we've compiled the most frequently asked questions here. If yours isn't on the list, give us a call!

🕒 Arrivals & Departures

What time can we arrive (and leave)?

• Arrival: We are happy to welcome you between 5:00 PM and 7:30 PM . This is the time we need to prepare your room. If you expect to arrive later (traffic can be a factor!), a quick call or text to let us know would be greatly appreciated.

• Departure: Rooms and cottages must be vacated before 11:00 AMWe know it's hard to leave, but we have to think about those who come after!

🐾 Life on the Spot (Four-legged Friends)

Do you accept pets?

It depends on your accommodation!

• In the "Cerisiers" and "Tournesols" cottages: YES, your pets are welcome. They can enjoy the Ardèche with you.

• In Bed and Breakfast and Gîte "L'Ombre Bleue": For reasons of comfort and tranquility for all, our animal friends are not allowed.

• Important note: In all cases, animals are not allowed in the pool area for hygiene and safety reasons.

💻 Connection & Car

Is the internet reception good?

Yes, rest assured! Even though we are in a quiet place, you will not be cut off from the world (unless you decide to be).

• Mobile network: 4G reception is excellent at home. You will be able to use your data and tethering without any problems.

• Wi-Fi: The network is available for free. Good news: Fiber optic internet is coming soon to boost speeds! In the meantime, the current connection is sufficient for checking your emails and planning your walks.

Is it easy to park your car?

Absolutely. We have free private parking on site. Your car will sleep soundly, and if it's electric, it can even "have a drink" at our dedicated charging station (paid service reserved for guests).

♿ Accessibility (PMR)

Are the accommodations accessible to people with reduced mobility?

• Cottages "Les Cerisiers" and "Les Tournesols": These two cottages are entirely on one level and their bathrooms are adapted for easy access and comfort. They are the ideal option if you have mobility difficulties.

• Other accommodations & Exteriors: The rest of the property (pool access, guest rooms) has stairs and terraces typical of the Ardèche region which may be difficult to access in a wheelchair.

• Any doubts? Call us before booking, we'll check together that the accommodation perfectly matches your needs.

What payment methods do you accept?

To make things easier for you, we accept most payment methods:

• Credit card (also accepted on site)

• Holiday vouchers (ANCV)

• Species

• Bank checks

• Transfers

🍽️ Food & Drink

Is breakfast included ?

• For the Bed and Breakfast: YES! ... Homemade jams and pastries, fresh produce, it's the sacred moment of the day, served on the terrace or in the common room.

• For the cottages: You are completely independent. Your accommodations have fully equipped kitchens so you can manage your mornings at your own pace (and sleep in without any time constraints!).

How does the Table d'Hôtes work?

This is our favorite time! We cook for you 4 nights a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday).

It's a unique, local, and seasonal menu. Please remember to book 48 hours in advance so we can shop accordingly.

• Psst: If you have any allergies or special dietary requirements, please let us know when booking, we will gladly accommodate you.

🛏️ Equipment & Leisure

What have you planned for relaxation and the children?

You won't get bored here! L'Ombre Bleue is a real playground for young and old alike:

• For sports enthusiasts (or almost): A pétanque court for pre-dinner tournaments, a badminton court and a ping-pong table.

• For children: They will love to burn off energy on the trampoline or the swing in the garden.

• And of course: A secure swimming pool and board games are available for quiet evenings.

Do I need to bring my own sheets and towels?

• In a Bed and Breakfast: Everything is provided (sheets, towels). Just put down your suitcases, it's ready.

• In the cottage: Bed linen and towels are available for rent as an option. You can bring your own or choose the "Beds made on arrival" option for a holiday that starts right away (see rates on the booking page).

• For the Swimming Pool: Remember to bring your own bath towels for the pool, those from the rooms must remain in the rooms!
