The table d'hôtes

Because after a busy day of sightseeing, swimming, walking or cycling, or for any other reason, you don't necessarily want to go out again in the evening, we offer our table d'hôtes meal formula at least four times a week in high season, on request the rest of the time.

All-inclusive formula (aperitif and wines, starter, main course, cheese, dessert, coffee or infusion)

:Table d'hôtes for adults and children over 16: 25 euros

child up to 5 years: 8 euros, 6 to 10 years: 12 euros, 11 to 15 years: 16 euros

We will offer you a diet based as much as possible on fresh and local products (fruits and vegetables from the garden or from local producers as a priority, meat directly from producers as much as possible, Ardèche cheeses), a cuisine made up of alternation between traditional French cuisine and Ardèche specialties.

Out of season, we are open to your suggestions to offer you a menu according to your desires.

High season (June to September): table d'hôtes 4 days a week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

For breakfast:
Fruit juice, bread, homemade jams, local honey, hot drinks, homemade pastries

Below are some examples of dishes served at our table d'hôtes, depending on the seasons and supply.

gazpacho with tapenade or eggplant caviar on toast, courgette flan with tomato coulis and herbs, beetroot carpaccio with warm goat cheese toast with honey and rosemary, caillette pastry with apricot and rosemary, smoked herring and marinated candied peppers, pumpkin and chestnut velouté, pea velouté, etc.

main dishes:

Ardèche trout or salmon with chorizo and marinade, duck breast with sweet and sour sauce, farm chicken with sage and lemon, sautéed pork with coconut curry, Ardèche caillette with apricot and rosemary, skewer of fine fatty beef from Mezenc on the plancha, veal loin with port and dried tomatoes, etc.

The cheeses and wines served at the table are from Ardèche.

Dessert :
Ardèche cup, chocolate tart, pear and almond tart, chocolate and chestnut sponge cake known as Didou cake and its scoop of ice cream, fruit salad and homemade almond tuiles, panna cotta and its red fruit coulis, etc.
